  • large mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon

Ingredients  

  • 14 oz package of coleslaw mix
  • ½ c chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 6 tbsp light Miracle Whip

Instructions

  • Place coleslaw mix into a bowl.
  • Add chopped onion to bowl and toss with the cabbage.
  • Sprinkle the apple cider vinegar over the cabbage and onion.
  • Add the salt and pepper to the bowl and mix well. Taste and ad more salt if needed.
  • Add the light Miracle Whip to the bowl and mix well making sure the coleslaw mix is evenly coated.
  • Place in a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
