Line a shallow baking dish with a piece of aluminum foil that can be folded into a packet around the salmon.
Spray Pam on the bottom half of the foil.
Place the salmon fillet(s) on the foil. Run your fingers over it looking for any bones that may have been missed before it was packaged for sale.
Evenly sprinkle the lemon pepper and garlic powder over the salmon fillet.
Evenly sprinkle the grated romano or parmesan over the top of the salmon.
Fold the top of the foil over the salmon and fold the foil over on the 3 sides crimping them to form an air tight sealed packet.
For 1 or 2 salmon fillets, place the pan with the foil packet into an air fryer and cook at 400℉ for 15 min if the fillets are thick and 12-13 min if they are thin.If you are making more than 2 salmon fillets, you can bake them in a traditional oven preheated to 400℉. Cook for15 min if the fillets are on the thick side and slightly less time if they are thin.
Serve and enjoy.
