Instructions
Pat the tilapia loins dry and place on aluminum foil.
Sprinkle several pinches of the Grill Mates Mojito Lime seasoning on each tilapia loin. The seasoning is strong and you don't need a lot.
Place 2 slices of lime on each piece of tilapia. Fold the aluminum foil over the fish loins and seal it on all three sides.
Place the foil packet on a cooking tray and cook in an air fryer at 400℉ for 15 min or bake in a preheated oven, same temperature and time.
When the fish is done, tear open the foil packet and let the fish rest for 5 min. Remove the lime slices.
Transfer each piece of tilapia to a tortilla. Top the fish with coleslaw. Serve and enjoy
